1. Propriétés algébriques
| Logarithme (a, b > 0) | Exponentielle (a, b réels) |
|---|---|
| ln(ab) = ln a + ln b | e^(a+b) = eᵃ·eᵇ |
| ln(a/b) = ln a − ln b | e^(a−b) = eᵃ / eᵇ |
| ln(aⁿ) = n·ln a | (eᵃ)ⁿ = e^(na) |
| ln(√a) = ½ ln a | e⁰ = 1, e¹ = e |
| ln 1 = 0, ln e = 1 | e^(ln x) = x (x > 0) ; ln(eˣ) = x |
2. Dérivées
- (ln x)' = 1/x sur ]0 ; +∞[ ; (ln u)' = u'/u si u > 0.
- (ln|u|)' = u'/u si u ≠ 0.
- (eˣ)' = eˣ ; (eᵘ)' = u'·eᵘ.
- Logarithme de base a : log_a(x) = ln x / ln a.
3. Limites de référence
| Logarithme | Exponentielle |
|---|---|
| lim(x→+∞) ln x = +∞ | lim(x→+∞) eˣ = +∞ |
| lim(x→0⁺) ln x = −∞ | lim(x→−∞) eˣ = 0 |
| lim(x→+∞) ln x / x = 0 | lim(x→+∞) eˣ / x = +∞ |
| lim(x→0⁺) x·ln x = 0 | lim(x→−∞) x·eˣ = 0 |
| lim(x→0) ln(1 + x)/x = 1 | lim(x→0) (eˣ − 1)/x = 1 |
Domaine : x > 1/2. Alors 2x − 1 = x + 3, donc x = 4, qui appartient bien au domaine. S = {4}.
5. Exemple type Bac
Exemple — e^(2x) − 3eˣ + 2 = 0 : on pose X = eˣ > 0, d'où X² − 3X + 2 = 0, soit X = 1 ou X = 2. Donc x = 0 ou x = ln 2. S = {0 ; ln 2}.
